Every child is unique and is capable of succeeding. This is something I strongly believe in after fifteen years as an MOE teacher, a private tutor, and a volunteer. I believe learning can be enjoyable and meaningful through fun activities, and education should cater to varied learning styles.

After ten years of teaching mathematics in schools, I see the importance of scaffolding and building readiness for each child prior to learning and mastering a concept. It is essential to know each child well so I can pitch my teaching at a suitable level for each individual to keep them motivated and challenged.
